The perfect Beef Bowl lives between Fukuoka & Miyazaki
Our last day in Fukuoka we eat one more famous dish before we head off to Miyazaki. While traveling by car to Miyazaki we stop off at Kumamoto and try a special beef bowl that could rival Wagyu!

I gather that you are the kind of guy that enjoys a regular workout in a gym. So am I, but in the puny old fart kind of division of the league. I particularly enjoy an 8:00 to 10:00am morning work out, say 3 days a week.
I didn’t have much luck maintaining this practice when in Japan last year. I tried, but issues like the gym office is only open after 10:00 and they only offered weights of a maximum 15 kg kept getting in the way. The parks and such like offered a useful stretch and flexibility option, but nothing like the value of bench pressing your body weight.
I’m back to Japan late October through November again this year. Do you have any tips on keeping up my gym practice this forthcoming trip?
