ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Chitose will hold “Beer Garden 2026: Hokkaido the World Loves” from July 1 to September 13.
Based on the theme “Hokkaido the World Loves,” the beer garden will offer all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink dishes featuring Hokkaido-produced meat and vegetables prepared using cooking styles from various countries. At the open kitchen, guests can enjoy specialties such as Hokkaido pork backbone ribs grilled with a special blend of spices, and a finishing dish of tempura made with vegetables from the Chitose area, served as tenmusu chazuke (rice balls with tempura in tea or broth).
Other offerings include salads and marinated dishes using vegetables from contracted farms in the Chitose area, sandwiches made with house-baked baguettes using Hokkaido wheat filled with potato salad from Hokkaido and local vegetables, pizza topped with Hokkaido cheese and Bolognese sauce made from Ezo venison, and fried chicken “zangi” topped with cheese. Drinks include draft beer brewed at the Kirin Beer Hokkaido Chitose Brewery, as well as highballs, sours, wine, sake, shochu, whisky, and non-alcoholic beer.
For dessert, guests can enjoy “Chitose Namara Soft-Serve Ice Cream,” as well as a lavender-scented blancmange yogurt and melon dessert, melon shortcake, strawberry and redcurrant mousse, and assorted fruit jelly.
The venue is the all-day dining restaurant “Haskap The Garden” on the 1st floor of the Wing Wing. The beer garden will be open from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., with a 120-minute time limit and last orders taken 30 minutes before closing. The all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink course is priced at 6,000 yen for adults; the meal-only option is 4,200 yen, 3,000 yen for elementary school students, and 600 yen for preschool children aged 3 and over.
Advance tickets for adults (5,500 yen) are on sale from May 15 to June 30. In addition, a one-night, two-meal accommodation plan combining use of the beer garden with breakfast will be available from July 1 to September 13. All prices include tax and service charge.
