Returning to My NEW Favorite City in Japan | A Quiet Day in Otaru
There is a rare kind of comfort in returning to a city you already know and love. You don’t feel the pressure to sightsee; you just get to wander, breathe, and exist.
Today, I’m taking a break from talking to bring you along on a quiet, slow-paced return to my one of my favorite town: Otaru. This is a purely visual diary of a day spent doing what I love most here—strolling along the historic canal, getting lost in Sakaimachi Street, and stopping every few steps to try local samples and snacks.
Plug in your headphones, sit back, and come take a peaceful winter/spring walk with me.

I don’t really do rigid travel guides or “how-to” checklists here—I just capture my journeys to share the real experience with you. From the mountains of Canada to the tropical spots back home in the Philippines, I’m just glad to have you along for the ride.
