On the 14th, Lotte announced that they will hold a sponsored game in collaboration with Nippon-Ham on July 8th (Zozo Marine Stadium, game starts at 6:00 PM), titled “THIS IS MISAWA Night Game,” and that actress and model Himeka Shintani, who is from Misawa City, Aomori Prefecture, will throw out the ceremonial first pitch.

The ceremonial first pitch will take place around 5:45 PM as part of the “THIS IS MISAWA Night Game” first first baseman ceremony.

“This will be my first time ever throwing first baseman pitch. I’ve always wanted to do it, so I was very happy when I was asked. I’m fairly confident in the strength of my arm, so I’ll practice a lot to try and throw it without it bouncing. And I’ll also be cheering on Chiba Lotte Marines with all my might during their game afterwards!”
