  1. Thank you for watching. Please let me know if you like to visit Shimokitazawa and Kichijoji when you are in Tokyo. If you have been there, please let me know what attracted you to visit there. 🙂

  2. Totally off topic:
At 01:31 I notice posters for the "Sanrio Exhibition: The Beginning of Kawaii". We have seen this exhibition in Matsumoto in March, and it was good fun (even though I am not a Sanrio fan). Apparently this exhibition is now shown in Roppongi.

  3. Thank you very much for this excellent video Kengo-san ! I very much like those kind of videos, where you show us less well known places of Tokyo. The inokashira park looks beautiful and Harmonica yokocho very vibrant & local. I would like to visit those two places.

  4. Very informative video. Japan is a must to go for holidays. Thank you very much Ken san for sharing!

  5. I will make sure to visit Shimokitazawa for vintage goods shops and cafes. Just to get away from the usual touristy areas and feel the local vibe.

  6. Hi Kengo! (after a while, but I did watch most of your latest videos) I haven't been yet but Kichijoji is higher in my itinerary! I'm genuinely considering mentioning (sometimes) that I don't love Japanese food (yet, maybe) but that I like it.
But, that I can see myself starting to love certain coffee, pastries, and the baked sweet potato for example quiiiiite quickly haha. Yes I would totally try that crepe too! And, that I'm not curious to try the used clothes places and other places, but that I would like to hear more about the culture behind them.
Don't you think this would make it interesting for certain Japanese people? To say that for me Japan is not so much about food and shopping. (Even though it feels helpful to know about BIO-RAL, so thanks for including it!)
But instead to mention to Japanese people that I once had my eyes teary hearing a Japanese song 🥹 So yes, for me the words music and Japan are always interconnected! ☕️🎐🎼🎸🎹🪩🎚️ I'm learning the language too, but all of this being said, I really don't want to be disrespectful about the food. I know that I can be open to try a bite, and then I guess I can just be like "Mmm, I see!" and not talk too much, or change the topic 🤍

  7. Been to Shimokita last year, I love the cozy comfy vibe of the neighborhood. I didn't bough any vintage clotes but I did browsed around on the shops.
