It is amazing how good San Marzano tomatoes are. They are definitely more expensive than other canned tomatoes, but worth it. Same with buffalo mozzarella, more expensive, totally worth it. I bet those tomatoes are much more expensive in Japan, which may be why they skimped on them. They can only be made in San Marzano Italy.
On the flip side, Chinese vinegar is delicious and very inexpensive

That first set of pizzas were weak. Please don't fold your pizza. Once you fold it, it becomes a sandwich. Don't be afraid to eat you pizza, at least initially, with a fork and knife. Till you can get it to a size that you don't have to cut it. Hey. The Italians eat pizza with a fork and knife. So…..
I like the bottom of the crust to be crunchy. Going to have to try San Marzano tomatoes.

The only reason why San Marzano tomatoes are more sweeter than other tomatoes, is because, the sheep's that are grazing up in the mountains, when they let go, or give out, internal gases, those gazes, fall directly down into the valley gardens where the San Marzano tomatoes are being grown.
