The answer is… Shimogamo Shrine (δΈι΄¨η₯η€Ύ)!
It is one of Kyoto's oldest Shinto shrines, and the bubbles rising from its sacred "Mitarashi Pond" actually inspired the shape and name of Mitarashi Dango!
