Japan Steam: C11 171 SL Fuyu No Shitsugen – Kushiro to Shibecha Feb 17 & 24 2019

We return to Kushiro on the 17th and 24th February to see Hokkaido’s only working steam locomotive 2-6-4T C11 Class no. 171 again, and visit some different locations between Kushiro and Shibecha.
