Today I’m finally exploring one of my dream destinations in Japan… Mount Fuji.
For the next 24 hours, we’re discovering hidden food spots, local cafés, incredible views, and some of the most beautiful places around Mount Fuji. From rooftop matcha cafés with unreal Fuji views to crispy Japanese beef cutlets, handmade udon, burgers, eel tempura, and family-owned hidden gems this trip was full of unforgettable food and amazing moments.
This area around Mount Fuji feels completely different from Tokyo. Slower vibes, peaceful streets, fresh mountain air, and local restaurants that many tourists never find.

One of my favorite parts of this trip was finding small local family-run places near Mount Fuji that serve incredible food with beautiful views of the mountain. Every stop had its own unique atmosphere and experience.
