This is the closest hotel that is right outside the Shin-Fuji station which is connected to the Shinkasen from Tokyo. That is why the location is a automatic 10. There is a small restaurant outside if you need to eat something before calling it. This is a great hotel as a home base for exploring this area and also the northern area (Fujinomiya). There is a Toyata Rent a Car near by the station – which you will probably need to drive to get anywhere. I would stay here again if I was coming to explore this area of Japan.
