WASHINGTON — U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent will visit Japan for three days starting Monday to meet with top officials including Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi, discussing topics including curbing speculative yen-selling, Japan-U.S. diplomatic sources told Nikkei.
