ifia/HFE JAPAN 2026 returns to Tokyo Big Sight this May, bringing together companies, researchers and food-industry professionals working across food ingredients, additives, nutrition science and functional food development. The three-day exhibition combines the long-running International Food Ingredients & Additives Exhibition and Conference (ifia JAPAN) with the Health Food Exposition & Conference (HFE JAPAN), creating one of Japan’s largest specialized trade events focused on food innovation.
Visitors can explore exhibits covering sustainable ingredients, clean-label development, flavor technologies, supplements, wellness products and food safety solutions. Industry seminars and conference sessions will also examine current topics in nutrition science, health-food regulation and future trends in food manufacturing.
From May 27–29, ifia/HFE JAPAN 2026 will bring hundreds of exhibitors and tens of thousands of attendees from Japan and overseas to Tokyo Big Sight West Hall and Conference Center.
