    I’m assuming the title was translated from Japanese by a machine – the movie is actually most commonly translated as “Suzume’s Locking Up” (or sometimes “Suzume’s Door Locking”) – the character name doesn’t need to be translated. And the (original) singer is called 十明 which is read “Toaka”.
