Pan fried the salmon, carrots, shiitake and ginger then tossed it on top of the rice in the rice cooker with some dashi granules, soy sauce, mirin, sake and sugar. Set the cooker on white rice and then set it to steam for another 15 mins after it was done and then mixed it all up topped with some scallion.

    Salmon, shiitake and ginger in rice cooker sounds very nice.
    Dashi and soy sauce rice is happy taste.
    I want make takikomi gohan too.
