

went to one of the branches of the chain Yabaton in Nagoya for some tonkatsu
the cutlet on top has a miso sauce, while the cutlet on the bottom has their standard/regular tonkatsu sauce
for this plate I prefer the miso sauce. the cutlet retains its crispiness even after being drenched with the miso sauce
