Today I made Japanese home dinner 😆
Rice, croquette, shrimp, meat egg, and green vegetable with enoki.
This fresh green vegetable is from my friend couple in Yamagata.
They pick it in mountain and send to me.
Very happy spring dinner.

I don’t know good English name for this green vegetable.
Maybe Japanese mountain vegetable.
Little bitter, but very good spring taste.
I like this kind of home dinner.
