One of Japan’s most spectacular traditional gardens — and I had no idea it existed until I showed up in Takamatsu. Ritsurin Garden completely blew me away. This is a full walkthrough vlog of Ritsurin Garden in Takamatsu, Japan — one of the most stunning places I’ve ever seen in Japan. We’re talking pine forests, koi ponds, teahouses, mountain views… the whole thing is incredibly beautiful. And the crazy part? Most Western tourists sleep on this place entirely. Life in Japan never stops surprising me. Between touring and new dad duties, getting a few hours to just walk around somewhere this beautiful is unbelievable — and I had to bring you guys along for it. If you’re planning a Shikoku, Japan travel itinerary, put Takamatsu on the list. Ritsurin is a non-negotiable stop.🎌
