The Golden Land of Zipangu Gold Crab Sushi Bento(1680 yen). It’s an Ekiben station box lunch which is basically sold Fukui station, but I bought it at Ekiben festival in Osaka. I ate it with freeze dried crab miso soup.
The bento contains snow crab leg, snow crab & red snow crab shredded crab meat, pickled Lotus Root, vinegared rice with Kinshi tamago (thin egg threads), salmon roe, scallop, Shiitake mushroom and shredded dried laver. The basic seasoning is vinegar because it’s a kind of Sushi. Savory and a bit sour Bento.
