PICS: Colour dominates the red carpet at the 2026 Met Gala

It definitely wasn’t a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it moment at the 2026 Met Gala, as colorful ensembles dominated the red carpet.

This year’s theme was ‘Costume Art’, with the dress code being ‘Fashion is Art’, thus giving some of our favourite A-listers the creative licence to run wild with their looks.

And they did run wild. While others were on-theme but missed the mark, faces like Sabrina Carpenter, Anne Hathaway, and newcomer Chase Infiniti hit the nail on the head.
