The meeting focused on the priority areas for further strengthening Kazakh-Japanese cooperation, including interaction in the trade, economic, cultural, and humanitarian spheres.
Particular attention was placed to cooperation in transport and logistics, the environmental protection field, as well as the implementation of joint projects on rare earth metals, digitalization, and advanced technologies.
The sides also exchanged views on ongoing international and regional issues, including coordination of efforts within multilateral platforms.
Following the meeting, the sides reaffirmed their mutual interest in maintaining regular dialogue and further expanding cooperation across a broad range of areas of mutual interest.
