I’ve heard about Olipop and people saying, “Oh, that’s good for your health too.” I kind of knew what probiotics were, but I didn’t know what prebiotics were. So I started drinking it sometimes after heavier meals or days when I felt a little bit more bloated, and I felt like it did help. I wouldn’t say I drink the Olipop every day, but it’s like a treat to myself because I don’t really drink juice or anything like that. I was never a grape-soda kid, but I did like grape juice a lot when I was growing up. And all the other Olipop flavors that I saw were a little bit too experimental for me.

I use it at the end of the night because I use a lot of sunscreen every day playing a lot of tennis outdoors. I use it at night pretty regularly, over whatever serum that I choose that day. I started using it because I realized it was really good on my skin and obviously, it’s very moisturizing. Some parts of my face tend to get very dry randomly. So it’s just something that I felt worked for me pretty well.

I went through a couple years where I dyed my hair a lot, so it was really damaged. And obviously I’m in the sun, so the sun damages it a lot more. The person who does my hair put it on my hair one day and then we had this whole conditioning routine. And I felt like the Olaplex really restored my hair a lot. I would say I use it once a week, but sometimes I push it and I use it twice a week. Technically, you’re not supposed to use it that frequently, so I feel like sometimes I do a little bit more harm than good when I use it too often, but I try to stick to once a week.

A makeup artist recommended that to me. I use it in the evening when I notice my face getting a little bit too textured. I feel like everything on my list is like, I either use it too much or too little. I try to balance it. But with the peel, I remember there was a year that I won the Australian Open and I used it every day and my face became very shiny, because the Australian sun is also very strong. Ever since then, I remembered that I’m not supposed to use it too frequently.

I found this because I really like going into Sephora in random countries, but also my makeup artist recommended it to me because I’m a person who doesn’t really like heavy makeup. I like looking a little bit more glowy and natural. It’s supposed to blur a little bit, so it gives me the effect I want.

I have the AirPods Pro. Recently I tried the Max too — it feels weird to call those AirPods. Probably because I just got off a flight, I would say I use them most in the airport or on the airplane. I try to sleep on the plane, so I listen to a lot of rain noises. They have really good noise cancellation, I think, compared to every other brand that I’ve tried. And I like that you can use the same charger with everything.

I use my iPad to write and also sketch — I like to draw designs. I use the Apple Pencil and the Apple Freeform app. I know there are some people who have drawing apps that you have to pay for, but I stick to the traditional free one.

In New York, I’ll just go into the hair store and buy whichever one is there. I definitely didn’t use them when I was younger, but I feel like that’s kind of a cheat code. Doing my daughter’s hair, her hair is so soft and manageable and she doesn’t really need much. But I feel like as you grow up, you learn more about your hair and more about whatever conditioners you should use and stuff like that. So it’s a combination of me understanding my hair more and realizing that it breaks a little bit more if I don’t use a bonnet.

I feel like green tea is such a Japanese thing. We could drink it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Honestly, I don’t feel the caffeine from it at all. And that’s funny because sometimes people ask me if it’s okay that I drink green tea at night, and I completely feel fine. I wouldn’t say it’s a routine or anything; it’s more like a lifestyle. I drink it for the taste and the nostalgia, maybe. But I don’t drink it for the caffeine. I typically like matcha, and they have genmaicha and sencha, and then there’s also hojicha. There’s many different types.

I take two every morning, and I’ve honestly really grown to love them. I do supplement them with just the regular probiotics that OLLY makes, the mango-flavored ones. I alternate between those two. They taste really good. I feel like they’re pretty easy on my stomach. I never used to take supplements or vitamins or anything like that. But I would say more with becoming a mom and trying to understand my body more, I realized that the OLLY probiotics are pretty good on my gut.
