As an Emirati exploring Japan, this 48-hour food tour in Fukuoka was something special. This city is known for its food culture, and I wanted to experience it properly from local street food to some of the best Wagyu yakiniku in Fukuoka.

In this video, I focused on finding both premium Wagyu, and honestly, the quality here is on another level. We tried different yakiniku spots, each with its own style, and tasted some of the best Japanese Wagyu rich, tender, and full of flavor.
But Fukuoka is not just about Wagyu.

I also went deep into the local food scene trying Hakata-style ramen (including underrated tantanmen), fresh and crispy tempura, and classic yakitori grilled over charcoal. Every stop felt unique, and you can really feel the culture in the way food is prepared and served here.

Fukuoka surprised me with how balanced it is you can find high-end quality food and simple local spots, all delivering incredible taste. This is exactly why Japan is one of the best food destinations in the world.
