I guess they swapped out the completely sun faded bottles. Took a pic of this same machine a month ago and it was severely lacking color.

The more I look at this the more I’m impressed. I didn’t know this brand Sriracha is from the US. And why is there a monke on the machine? Or a sea turtle?
