So at the last place I had a list in my head of, “I hope he tries these,” and thought I might see one. You hit EVERY one except the unagi! I love Japanese food but if I travel there I’d become a broken record of, “I can’t eat raw fish or eggs. “I can’t eat raw fish or eggs. “I can’t eat raw fish or eggs.” What I would expect to hear back? NO soup for you!

That katsu and okonomiyake are high on my list of things to eat if and when I get to Kyoto in this lifetime! I can only dream as of now, but someday, dang it.
Avoid any places with a big sign outside with menu items written in English in Japan.
After watching Mikes videos for years now, there was a part of me thinking that they would write surkshark vpn on that Okonomiyaki.
