The total sales for Oriental Land Co. rose 3.7% from the previous year. With the exchange, the 704.5 billion is equivalent to roughly $4.42 billion.

Per the report, the net sales can be broken up into segments:

Theme park: 568.3 billion yen

Hotel: 119 billion yen

Other: 17.1 billion yen

Further, the operating profits (earnings before interest and taxes) are also separated into the same categories:

Theme park: 130.4 billion yen

Hotel: 36.8 billion yen

Other: .4 billion yen (or 400 million)

Operating profits were down slightly from the year before in both the “theme park” and “other” categories. Theme parks were down 7.1%, and “other” was down 22.9%. Per the report, the initial forecast for the current fiscal year has these operating profits down even more from the 2025 numbers, with a 5.3% reduction in theme park and 2.8% reduction for hotels.

OLC said the operating profit declines were in part due to higher personnel expenses.

The total operating profit of 168.4 billion yen exceeded their expectations, however. The initial forecast was 160 billion yen.

Regarding theme parks, attendance remained largely unchanged but net sales per guest reached an all-time high of 18,403 yen, a 3.2% increase from the previous year. This is split into these categories:

Attractions and Shows: 9,608 yen

Merchandise: 5,227 yen

Food and Beverage: 3,569 yen

OLC credits these increase to Disney Premier Access, higher-priced tickets due to variable pricing, Duffy and Friends 20th Anniversary products, and restaurant reopenings. They note a decrease in demand for products related to Fantasy Springs.

Hotel sales and operating profits increased thanks to an increase in the average charge per room and the first full-year operation of the Tokyo DisneySea Fantasy Springs Hotel.
