What is this starter I ate at a restaurant in Kyoto? (Besides obvious shrimps)

    In the bowl, you have ~~konnyaku~~…that’s all I can make out.

    the translucent pink pieces look like marinated shrimp (amaebi). the lighter, patty-like thingy with green flecks could be either a chicken meatball/patty (tori tsukune) OR like some kind of tatare… maybe namerou? i have no idea what the darker bits are though.

    edit: didn’t see the obvious shrimps part lmao sry!
