NAHA, Japan — A wave of colorful, unusual artistic expressions has washed across Naha, the capital of Japan’s Okinawa prefecture, and landed in the form of a large, stylistically wide-ranging exhibition at the Okinawa Prefectural Museum and Art Museum, an institution that is both a general interest museum and a venue for art exhibitions.
