If you’re planning to take the JR Shinkansen to the Samurai neighborhood/Little Kyoto of Akita prefecture for hanami, the Somei Yoshino cherry blossoms beside Hinokinai river is 99.89% done 🤭, but it’s okay, there will be late blooming varieties like some weeping cherry blossoms scattered around the neighborhood, as well as, white yaezakuras (if you know where to look)👍🏽🌸🌸🌸
