I was very happy when we could finally get wasabi in the UK (as in grown here) – at quantities (and price!) that can be part of a reasonable sometime treat.
S&B’s fine for the most part, but if you have excellent fish only the real thing will do. It might not be as fastidiously cultivated as Japanese wasabi but for me it hits the spot
