Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki in Okonomimura

to try Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki, I went to Okonomimura, the four-storey building full of okonomiyaki restaurants.

after checking the shops, a seat became available in Teppei, located at the 3rd floor

I got the variant with scallop and squid. if I had to choose, i prefer this over the other styles of okonomiyaki, but that is just my preference as I like the different layers (green onions, batter, perila leaf, noodles, egg, batter again)
