Celebrate the blossom in the Japanese Garden at Lauriston Castle.
The Japan Sakura in Scotland festival returned this weekend and there is more fun to come on 25 and 26 April.
After successful events last year, Japan Sakura in Scotland put on a show at Lauriston Castle.
Visitors could admire the beautiful set of dolls for Doll’s Day, Hinamatsuri, try on a Kimono and take photos under the cherry blossom in the Japanese Garden.
There were also lessons in making origami creatures.
Most events are free but some will have timed tickets to book in advance.
Booking details here.
