



My best ramen of Japan so far!
Slow cooked chicken broth ramen
It was around 2.25pm with no queue line so i walked in. Got seated right away and asked for their recomendation.
The best presentation for a ramen i have been served. The coloured vegetables were eye-catching and added lovely colours to the canvas of the bone-coloured ramen broth (all delicious and some of my fav veggies). The first sip of the broth was flavourful and full bodied, intense but also gentle chicken and tonkotsu-like creamy flavour. The thin noodles were cooked perfectly to my liking (chewy, slightly firm) and the chicken slices were tender. The variety of condiments (vinger, different spices, ginger, fried onion) were a nice touch for a mult-facted experience. The only thing that i would remark on is the vegetable toppings cold. Besides that point, it was very delicious.
