Salmon, rice, red miso soup, kombu, broccoli, homemade yogurt, and my favorite hikiwari natto.
There are actually many kinds of natto too — big beans, small beans, hikiwari, even black soybean natto.
And if I start talking about the different sauces, I’ll never stop 😆
Do people where you live know that?

Hikiwari natto forever. Natto has way too many versions and I love that.
I’m curious about Natto for it’s health benefits. Do people eat it for health or for taste? I’ve never tried, but I really want to.
Just like pokemon, you gotta try them all (to find the ones you like).
The amount of freezer space it takes at H Mart is mind-boggling!
