One of my favourite bbq meat. Juicy, chewy, flavoursome~ I probably be very satisfied happy with Wagyu short rib then needing to buy premium brand Wagyu including rib fillet. 1980 yen, 200grams, set meal. Korean style.
honestly short rib is where wagyu really shines for me too, you get that perfect mix of fat and chew instead of it just melting away instantly, and at that price it sounds like such a steal, especially korean style with the marinade and grill it’s hard to beat that balance of sweet savory and smoky
