The trip is expected to take place from December 18 to 20. During this visit, Tokayev will meet with Emperor Naruhito and Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi, as well as hold talks with representatives of the Japanese business community.
In addition, the President of Kazakhstan will participate in the “Central Asia – Japan” summit.
