I’ve been going to Atami a bit more recently for our buyers as many have been interested in this area. There are various of homes here and we can get lucky with some pretty fantastic views and “cabin home in the woods” feel kind of properties.

This property is on a resort and comes with its own private onsen, as many in this area do. The onsen can cost quite a bit of money to actually hook up and use, but typically are usable with just the regular water and not the natural hot spring water.

It’s a single story home with 2 rooms and a large yard ideal for those who like a bit more outdoor space or need a place for pets. Built in 1978 it is a bit older and would likely need some upgrading to taste, but seemed like a pretty solid build with no structural issues. (A professional would need to verify this.)
