I'm wondering why you chose to buy this particular house? Since the legal situation of tracking down owners must have been a nightmare and a huge risk, and you didn't even know the state of the house prior to buying, you could've easily chosen a different vacant house. There are plenty.

That jungle clear is so satisfying. amazing location.
No goats? In a greenway renovation,our budget was very tight,Goats, for free we’re brought to the area and in about 2 weeks ate over 4 acres of shrub,kudzu,roses, pipe vine weed blackberry shrubs. The owner was grateful, because the feed was extremely expensive,he got free feed,we got a great landscape.
