On this day, strong winds were blowing throughout the morning,
making a loud roaring sound that echoed through the hills.
The walk goes from Saiwai Hall to the Lawson Otamoi store,
passing local places such as Saiwai Elementary School, Suginoko Kindergarten, the Otamoi police box, a tennis school, and a batting center along the main street of the Saiwai and Otamoi area.
The wind noise may sometimes be strong, but I hope you can experience the authentic atmosphere of everyday life in Otaru.
