  1. Love, love, love muji for travel gear – one of those little pot tower things & a double-zip case is basically my toiletry kit for anything up to a week, plus I use a stack more of the pouches for first aid, laundry, tech, etc kits. Tech pouch looks great, would be ideal for a tiny travel-day essentials kit!

  2. I found a Muji Store in Berlin by accident. I didn't know the brand and just went in because I am really interessted in Japan. Inside I found some small or better micro container for creme and soap and such, which I use on short travel trips.
So your video is hitting my sweet spot – Thankd ๐Ÿ™‚

  3. Didn't know Muji had a stain remover bar! I prefer to use one of their tiny travel refillable containers and refill with my favorite Puracy stain remover though ๐Ÿ™‚

  4. The lint roller looks perfect for business travel.
I also really like the little bags for cables and tech organization.
The stain remover if it really works may not even be a travel gadget it may just be a home must have. I have tried so many of these stain removers, and they never work.

  5. I wish there was a Muji store near me. I keep hearing about how amazing they are. I would definitely use the โ€œmini medicine kit โ€œ acrylic organizer for meds and creams. I think the portable bag hangar wins, though. So beats the name brand ones that are $15+.

  6. No Name for the win! Love the small pouches and the stack of little jars… so many uses! New subscriber here… I have watched a few of your videos recently and I love your sense of humour and your podcast style. I also love to travel, so Muji is looking pretty interesting to me. I am not a brand name girlie. Wow, Okinawa looks so beautiful. We are booked on a cruise (in 2028) from Tokyo (Yokohama), around Japan for 2 weeks, then back across the Pacific to Vancouver through Alaska. SO excited for that trip!

  7. I went into a muni when I was in Japan. I got some pens & notepad. But would love their travel stuff. Bag clip, acrylic organizer, mini mesh pouch & other pouches would be great for organizing my things. Headphones, tech, etc.

  8. As someone who plays Ultimate in the UK where sports kit gets very muddy very quickly, I'd be very curious to use the stain remover.

Also, the mesh compact pouch is probably where I would hold my nail clippers and sport tape for pre-game prep.

  9. What are you doing to me, I just put in a Muji order this morning! Absolutely love the Muji pouches, I use them for all kinds of things. The wide opening ones are great for travel because you can use them on surfaces in your bedroom; they organise your small items and have stopped me from forgetting things.

  10. Love the look of these products. I would use these products for our honeymoon getaway in May to Athens and Crete which we have been saving like crazy to make sure we have the best adventure. (The stain remover bar would be handy for sure as my husband always drops food on his shirts ๐Ÿ˜…)

  11. Planning on hitting a Muji store on my next trip, and about the pouch: Thatโ€™s where Id keep my bad decisionsโ€ฆ individually wrapped for safety. ๐Ÿ˜‚

  12. I'm doing El Camino (Spain) on September and these MUJI products hit the spot on value-design-performance for me. Their size is perfect for doing more when space and weight are a concern.

  13. Thank you for the entertaining and informative video! ๐Ÿ˜Š Iโ€™ve seen a lot of videos mentioning Muji products but never heard itโ€™s history and origins. Also youโ€™re funny ๐Ÿ˜„ which is appreciated! Iโ€™d like to try the stain removal bar, live the bag clip, and the little clip on bag is too cute to resist! (Not sure what I would put in it, but I would definitely get it if I were at Muji. Side note: the Sea to Summit inflatable neck pillow is my favorite!! (itโ€™s expensive but worth every penny)

  14. How about you feature travel clothes for men. I like your choices ! and I need some new gear for my next trip to Thailand ( rainy season ) and Vietnam.
You could couple rainwear and footwear with it.

I just stumbled on your channel and subscribed. Thank you for your good work.

  15. I put my reusable bag in the mesh round pouches so I can easily clip it to my bag. This comes in super handy when I need an extra bag in an emergency.

  16. For a stain remover bar available in the US I highly recommend Fels-Naphta. It comes in a lage bar, but I cut a piece with a knife for travel. Also its inexpensive.

  17. Iโ€™m taking my daughter to Australia in July and now I want to find a Muji store. I love those smaller pouches for keeping us a little more organized, but for me the winner would be the acrylic stacking storage thingies (official name, right?). It would be super helpful for keeping our medications organized and accessible for our 5-week trip. Now to go search for a Muji store. Thanks Gio! Love your videos. (Also adding Okinawa to our travel to-do list ๐Ÿคฉ)

  18. Heading to Europe this fall and have a Muji store on my list of stops. Looks like a toy store for travelers!

Most tech bags I find are rather large and I think Muji might have a couple options Iโ€™d like a lot more.

  19. I love Muji! My fave items for travel are their double zipper pouches (have used for wet and dry toiletries) and their little travel squeeze bottles and stackable jars. Protip: buy the smallest sizes of some of their skincare and haircare items and reuse the packaging. It won't be the size as the very smallest of their travel bottles but it's close and it will be very durable and clear. Profit #2: be on the lookout for Muji products at certain convenience stores in Japan (IIRC they are in Lawson konbinis; got my older son a bunch of Muji notebooks from a konbini). PS Love your channel.

  20. OK- to begin with, I think bald men are the best! When you are old and gray like me/ Travelin's not done easily/ I need stuff that's light as air/ So I can take it anywhere/ Pens and paper are my jam/Look for them where 'er I am/ Stains can happen on your shirt/ Stain remover nukes the dirt/Airport lines can eat up time/Time to end my latest rhyme.

  21. What a fun store! Reminds me of Daiso (we call it the Japanese dollar store here in the PNW) Love the pill container!

  22. I totally LOVE Muji and go almost any time I'm in a city that has one. They do have a small PP (polypropylene) Pen Case, with 2 size options, which would be less noisy than the metal one and translucent, to see contents. Or maybe line the metal one with some cloth or something? Maybe they with a couple of adhesive bandages? They also have some other small PP boxes that I love. One is perfect for Q-tips. Others have adjustable/removable dividers inside, and the one for eyeglasses is really nice and can be used to hold your glasses on the bedside table without the lid.

  23. I use the Muji Wide Opening pouch as my Tech Pouch.

    It fits the following.

    Slim Power bank
    USB key
    USB-c to USB-C cable
    100w International Charger brick
    Adapters –
USB-A, micro USB, Audio, dual prong, Data Blocker

  24. I wish we had access in my little town. So many great Muji items. Mini lint roller… Awesome. Compression bags that don't need a special pump.. ingenious. Inflatable neck pillow.. game changer in newer tighter carry on restriction age

  25. We donโ€™t have MUJI in Dallas. However, for a very similar, travel-sized stain remover look for Zote in your local Walmartโ€™s detergent aisle. Itโ€™s an inexpensive, Mexican laundry soap that comes in flakes or bars (white or pink). As a soccer dad, Iโ€™ve washed hundreds of uniforms. NOTHING restores whites and removes stains more effectively than Zote. Hands down itโ€™s better than Oxycleanโ€ฆbetter than white vinegarโ€ฆbetter than hydrogen peroxide! For travel stain removal, just cut a bar of Zote to the size you want to carry, and massage it into the stain like the MUJI product demonstrated. Test it at home, and reply with your own results.

  26. Best thing about the Muji travel products is they are really made to help you organize things like their packing cubes. It is a myth that packing cubes give you more room outside of the compression cubes that give some extra room they are mainly for organizing so you don't have to unpack everything.

  27. Just subscribed! I am a travel enthusiast who LOVES to try out NEW & DIFFERENT travel products! This stuff looks WAY COOL!!! Thanks for the video!

  28. The acrylic mini pill case or whatever. You canโ€™t store liquids or creams in them. I canโ€™t remember why but thereโ€™s some sort of warning on the package.

  29. Hey, Geo, don't let the bald spot get to you. It is a part of you, so embrace it. You are already married to a fantastically beautiful woman, so unless you are out trolling for coeds, you aren't competing anymore in that department. And the bright side is you can always dress up as a medieval monk on Hallowe'en!
