Furano Flowers & Food: Lavender Fields, Blue Pond & Local Flavors

Episode 3 of our Hokkaido Summer Lavender Video Diary Series takes Doko Ga TV and the Non-Stop Travel group to Furano for a full day of flowers, food, and fun. We walked through the colorful lavender fields at Farm Tomita, made our own waffle bowl ice cream at the Furano Cheese Factory, and took in the vibrant landscapes of Shikisai no Oka and the famous Blue Pond in Biei. The day wrapped up with a hands on Kuwayaki dinner at Flowerland Kamifurano Suzuya, grilling Hokkaido pork, seafood, and fresh local vegetables right at the table.
