Just Opened Wagyu Restaurant 🤯 Ashiya Japan

A new Wagyu omakase restaurant just opened in Ashiya.
This is Ashiya Kenshiro.

The restaurant offers a 10 course Wagyu omakase, prepared directly in front of the guests. With only 8 counter seats, the experience is built around close interaction with the chef and a deeper understanding of each cut.

Just days after opening, the atmosphere already reflects a strong sense of focus and intention. Smaller restaurants like this often evolve quickly, making early visits especially interesting.

The course is priced at ¥13,000, offering a structured introduction to Wagyu in an intimate setting.

📍 Ashiya Kenshiro
