This is neat but I think it’s a little underutilized. Firstly, put more than one strawberry at the start, if not for dish balance just for the spectacle. 3 small strawberries that amount to the same mass would be better visually
But more importantly, the plating is so boring and typical. Like they went through all that effort to make those neat curls then they stuck them in a bowl with whipped cream, a drizzle, and toppings and it basically just looks like your average frozen yogurt when it’s coming out. I feel like it’s not putting its own strengths to good use. I dont know how I would fix it, but with a little work it could be a really visually impressive dish i think
