   晚上7點營業，那可營業到幾點？
   工作五-六小時，絕對不止。食材在家裡要先預備，至少下午4點要到達工作現場佈置，營業打烊之後再把所有的東西收好上車，回到家還要把所有的器皿洗乾淨。然後再簡單的作帳，了解隔天要的食材。
   那些攤車設備花了多少錢？產品的毛利率有多少，月的淨利率有多少？多久能回本？價位客人能接受嗎？
   開始賺錢的時候是幾年後？那個時候體力還承受的了嗎？
   視頻很鼓舞人，也很理想。可是做生意，還是要在商言商❤

    The Japanese and their culture are absolutely amazing, and this young man and his work ethic represents them all proudly. As an American, I am ashamed of who and what we are now. I pray that the Japanese never let go of their culture, way of life, and respect for one another. Foreign invaders have destroyed the culture, history, and language such as mine, as well of almost the entirety of Europe. Japan remains pristine, clean, and respectable.
