NTT identifies cause of fixed-line service disruption in Hokkaido
NTT East has confirmed the cause of a fixed-line communications disruption that affected parts of Hokkaido in January, stating that corrective measures have now been completed and services are operating normally. Up to approximately 250,000 fixed telephone lines were affected at peak, involving subscriber lines and ISDN services.
