Oyaki is one of Nagano prefecture’s specialty.
A delicious bun filled with lots of ingredients, today, I tried one specific to Shiojiri as it was filled with Sanzokuyaki which is a Shiojiri’s specialty.
Sanzokuyaki is deep fried chicken and it was great in this green Oyaki!
