The best spots to see Mt Fuji ποΈπ―π΅
π SAVE this post to hit up all these spots β€΅οΈ Some bonus spots listed at the bottom β¦
1. Honcho Street β’ This street is very long! Traffic attendants stop people from stopping in the road, and it can be quite chaotic people crossing whilst heavy traffic passes through. Come with a lot of patience if you want this shot!
2. Ubuyagasaki β’ A particular spot on Lake Kawaguchiko after you cross the bridge. Fantastic views and a really nice chilled spot. The large coastline gives plenty of opportunity for a relaxing time without crowds.
3. Lake Kawaguchiko β’ There are a lot of fantastic spots across the lake to see Mt Fuji from different angles.
4. 7eleven Fujikawaguchiko Station β’ Down the road from the train station is a 7eleven which offers a much quieter shoot than its rival Lawson
5. Shimoyoshida Station β’ The station youβll head to, to visit Chureito Pagoda offers some unique angles for shots, with trains also pulling into the station.
6. Chureito Pagoda β’ The most photographed spot in Japan. Climb 300 steps to this incredible viewing point. The crowds from Tokyo arrive at 9am. Going at sunrise for this was the best decision we made in Japan!
7. 2 Chome β’ The parallel street to the East of Honcho Street offers a fantastic alternative with no crowds!
Bonus Locations:
β’ Lawson Fujikawaguchiko (HUGE crowds! Come EARLY!)
β’ Mt Fuji Station
