1 番大事にしていることは安全で安心な、え、製品を作ることになります。 そのためには盛り付けるおか、え、 しっかり温度が入っているとか、それから しっかり冷却をして、え、清潔な商品を 盛り付けるというのが、え、前提になり ます。ゆっくりき麗に、え、お弁当を作る ことも大事なんですけれどもと時間が かかりすぎるとお客様にお届けする時間が 守れなかったりということもありますので 、スピード感を持ってやるかというのは 日々どうやったら維持されるかというのは みんなで一生懸命考えながら、え、日々 製造しています。はい。なるほど。 法律のためにあのやっぱり新しい機会をあの使うようになったりもするんですか? 今まで人が行っていた作業を機械で変えることによって、え、今までパートさんが大変な思いをして作業していた思いものを運んだりといった作業が機械に変わることによって楽に他の仕事にできるというようなところで今一生懸命取り組んでいます。 なるほど。 新しいを作る時にど、どうやって新しいアイディアとかがあの生まれるんですか? 商品開発チームというチームがあります。 で、そのチームがこれからどう新しいお 弁当を作ろうかというところで日々勉強し てお客様に提案をもしますし、逆にお客様 からこういうお弁当を作る ので、そのオーダーに基づいて、え、開発 をしてお客様にこんなお弁当できましたが どうでしょうというようなはい。提案を することが多いです。素晴らしいです。 ありがとうございます。ありがとうござい ます。 じゃあ是非、あの、やっぱり作っている様子を是非、ちょっと見学させていただきたいんですけれども大丈夫ですか?
