Trying the viral fried sandwich in Japan 🇯🇵
I finally tried the viral fry sandwich spot in Tokyo. Welcome to Agasan. I went right when they opened and there was still a 30-minute line. All of the sandwiches cost about5 to $6. I got this fruity one. Inside they’re going to put a lot of low sugar whipped cream and on top they added beautiful figs. They were so ripe and soft and it went so well with the raspberry sauce. The inside was really creamy while the sandwich outside is very crispy. This was delicious. I was so excited to try this purple potato sandwich. I love the candied sweet potatoes on top and it was so good. It was caramelized and sweet. My favorite part was the purple potato custard. I also got a salty option. I got the beef short rib yakiniku. The egg yolk and the barbecue sauce together was so flavorful. It was really messy to eat

looks so good except for that egg. no thanks. I've never understood why soft boiled eggs are so viral in Asian countries. I have heard that you can't order some with or without something in Japan. it's considered rude. so if it comes with egg and you don't want egg. You either have to look for a different option or order it with egg and take it off yourself I'm guessing.
Is that french accent?
Thanks so much for this fun video — it really makes you feel like you’re right there in Japan trying it! If you’re planning to try similar street food, convenience stores like 7‑Eleven, Lawson, and FamilyMart have surprisingly tasty fried sandwiches for around ¥300–¥450 ($2–$3.50). For a more sit-down experience, Matsuya and Saizeriya also serve sandwiches and light meals for ¥500–¥1,000 ($3.50–$7.50). If you’re traveling around Tokyo, a day pass for the Tokyo Metro and Toei Subway costs ¥800 ($5.50) and makes hopping between food spots super easy. Staying central helps too — hotels like Shinjuku Granbell or Tokyu Stay Shibuya are around ¥10,000–¥18,000 ($70–$125) per night and put you near the best eats. This kind of local food adventure really makes Japan unforgettable!
