Why Tokyo DisneySea Is the BEST Disney Park on Earth in 2025! (Full Vlog Experience)
Hello everyone. It’s the Go family and we’re at Disney Sea today. You can see we’re here waiting in line, waiting to get in and start our day and it’s a squeltering day here. I feel like I’ve already been here for a couple of hours and it’s only been about 10 minutes in line. I have my trusty fan which is not doing all that much. We had happy entry. So, we’re in front of the general public who was waiting all the way back there. My top ride today is probably the Peter Pan ride in Fantasy Springs. Uh we’ve done it before and it was really great. Also, we want to go on the Tangled ride and Frozen. I’m not sure if we want to pay for that ride. It is one of the most popular rides here, but I’ve done it plenty of times in Disney World at Epcot. Just walking around Arendelle and seeing everything, I think, is enough for our group here. So, let’s go. We’re in. That was a little complicated. Our passes weren’t working at first, but we are here and I have booked everything I could at first. For some reason, a lot of the 40th anniversary um fastpass. I don’t think that’s what it’s called, but you know, you get on the ride faster. There weren’t many. There was only like 10,000 leagues under the sea and one I’ve never heard of. So, I’m not in a rush really to book them. I don’t know if they’re going to open up when more people can come in. Not sure about that. It was really weird. [Music] My strategy was booking Peter Pan first in Fantasy Springs and hoping, now this is a big hope, that we could actually just jump onto Tangled cuz the line isn’t usually as long as Peter Pan in between. I did book the first time slot. Maybe that was a mistake for uh Peter Pan, but then I can’t book any other uh premier passes till that one’s done. So, you got to like kind of have a strategy. So, my strategy was to get it as soon as possible, hopefully get on Tangled super fast. That ride’s like only like a minute and then go right to Peter Pan, which is right across [Music] Just to let you know, if you are planning to go to Fantasy Springs early, the first thing you do, you will have a huge walk. Yeah, it’s kind of a brutal walk. The first thing you do, you got to be prepared. have your walking shoes on and be ready to walk because you’re literally walking all the way back to Disneyland Park where the Enchanted Tales of Bell is. You can see Elsa’s Mountain Castle from Disneyland Park. So then that’s literally where we’re going. [Music] We’re entering Disney’s Fantasy Springs. So you can see there’s Peter Pan there on the left, Anna and Elsa, and here beautiful is Rapunzel with the water going down her hair. And there’s Pascal. [Music] [Music] You see, she’s moving. [Music] Somebody [Music] [Applause] [Music] I know. [Music] The most beautiful ride ever. Look at this. My god, [Music] I was hiding this. [Music] [Applause] [Music] Uh-oh. [Music] Wow. One of the most beautiful rides I’ve ever been on. There’s nothing like going and seeing the lanterns and Rapunzel and Flynn or Eugene on the boat. one of my favorite Disney moments and one of my favorite ride moments in all the parks, but I might be a little biased because Rapunzel is my favorite princess. Uh, only criticism I have of this is it’s way too short. Don’t understand why they make it longer. We made our entry time for Peter Pan’s Neverland Adventure. And here we are just entering the pre-show for the attraction. Uh, the best area is in the front where we’re standing right now. [Music] [Applause] [Music] foreign. [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] Welcome to Frozen Kingdom. This is the Frozen themed area of Fantasy Springs. You can see the ice mountain over there. You can meet Anna and Elsa here. They’re just standing out in the open and you can stand around and meet them and say hi. Um, have a conversation, get them to sign something. There’s also a really nice quick service restaurant here called the Royal Banquet of Arendelle. I really like the theming inside here. Even if you’re not going to eat much, they have the throne room that you see in both of the Frozen movies here. And you can actually sit on Elsa’s throne and take pictures. It is super cool. See that line behind me? Well, that’s the line to get on the Frozen Adventure. And I bet you can’t guess how long that line is. It was 20 minutes ago. 180 minutes right now. Those people behind me are waiting 160 minutes to get on the ride. That’s kind of crazy for me. I’m not much of a waiter. I’m not that type of Disney person. I just like the experience more than waiting in a line like that for hours. So, if you want to come experience Anna and Elsa, that ride, you better book the Premier Pass first thing when you get in the park. I didn’t do that cuz I didn’t care. I’ve done it in Epcot to Walt Disney World. So, I didn’t think spending to get on this ride was the right decision for my family, but maybe it is for yours. So, if you are getting in this park early, the first thing you do is book the Premier Pass. Obviously, it does sell out. That’s how popular this ride is. I believe this is the most popular ride in the whole entire park. It is 10:45 now and you can see how mental it is here in terms of people. There’s wallto-wall people. This is why you come to Fantasy Springs. The first thing you do when you enter this park cuz now remember I was saying it was so hot before. Well, guess what? It’s even hotter now. The sun is blazing even more than it was early in the morning. And there’s a lot of people, wall to- wall people waiting for every attraction in this area. So when we went on the Rapunzel, it was about a 10 minute wait. Now it’s an 80 minute wait. The Rapunzel line is all the way in the park and all the way outside of Fantasy Springs. That’s how long it is right now. Next ride is Journey to the Center of the Earth. Uh that is in kind of like the center of the park. It is one of my favorite rides here, too. It is a roller coaster, a thrill ride. It’s actually one of the thrillingest rides in all the Disney parks, I think. And you love it, too, right? Yeah, I love it so much. I love roller coasters. Right now, we’re kind of passing the Latin area or the kind of Arabic uh themed area of Disney Sea, and they have some pretty good churros over there. Uh don’t really feel like waiting in the sun to get one right now, but they are quite good there. I’ve had them before. [Music] This area is so nicely themed. It’s really beautiful. I don’t know why, but it reminds me of Epcot. Kind of like the Moroccan area at um Epcot. I guess it makes sense. This is Ariel’s Mermaid Lagoon. It’s really fun and all indoors, but we’re not heading here now. First, we’re going to journey to the center of the earth. Okay, we’re here. We just scanned our priority passes and we’re about to go on this ride. It is amazing. And look at the theming. Wow. [Music] [Music] The theming here is spectacular. [Music] [Music] Heat. Heat. [Music] [Music] Wow. Wow. That is the coolest elevator ever. Usually they’re kind of just like tricks kind of like they make you feel like you’re going up, but you actually go up on this ride to the platform. Pretty cool. The weight at this point is pretty short. I love the carts that you actually go in here. And don’t forget, this is a high-speed ride. It really takes off fast once it starts going. It’s short, but like I said, one of my favorite rides here at DisneyC. I left my DJI Osmo on that ride. And you know what? Because we’re in Japan, they actually had it because here people will return anything they find. So, thank you to anyone who found my DJI Osmo camera because I almost lost 2 months of footage. That would not have been fun. Okay, so here we’re on the Venetian Bridge. Actually, I think it’s the Florence Bridge. Actually, the Vakyo Bridge. Uh we’re walking over that now cuz we’re heading on over to the Tower of Terror to go on that ride. And you can see it right there. This is kind of like the Venetian/Italian sector of the park. And then if you turn right, you walk into New York kind of American themed um area. Uh, and that is going to be where the Tower of Terror is. Now, if you’re looking for Duffy and Friends stuff, there are a couple of places to find it in this park. First of all, obviously, you can find it in the Cape Cod area of this park. That is where Ducky is from. And that is the Ducky themed area. But if you’re not there and you want to head somewhere before going there, you in that building down there near the entrance has lots of Duffy merch. And this shop right around the corner has a lot of Disney merch, at least last year it did, that you can buy, too. Those are really the only two places I have found for Disney merch here. And it’s actually called McDucks because this is McDuck’s department store. His fountain is flowing full of money. Let’s go in. Here we go. The moment we’ve been waiting for. It is crazy in here. You can tell just how popular Duffy and friends are here. Uh Mickey is kind of a forgotten tale here at Disney Sea. Besides when it comes to this little area here, showing how much Mickey and Minnie love their little friend Duffy. Actually, I think Duffy’s supposed to be his cousin, but it doesn’t look like it there cuz he’s very teeny. I’m kind of thinking of doing something really crazy and that is getting one of these Duffy friends here or Duffy himself to take home and put him on my bed. I love sleeping with my Duffy characters. I bought one last year that actually was a sleeping Duffy and nice and soft. And I felt this one and he’s kind of soft too and be great in bed too to lie on. But that is going to be a little challenging at the airport. Still thinking about it. It’s the 20th anniversary. Yes, that’s for me. That one’s for me. That is so cute. Keychains. There’s just so much Duffy and Friends merch here. This is a cute shopping bag that I bought. And I also did get some stationery while I was there. I really loved these pens with Duffy and Label. My girls love these cute little puppets and these little toys that you can hold with stuffies on them. Also, my favorite, these stuffies to hang off of your handbag. There’s just so much variety of them, too. So, be sure to look around. You can also get some sweet treats that are Duffy and Friends themed. And don’t forget, if you buy one of the big stuffies, you can buy clothing for them, too. It’s quite expensive, so don’t forget to look at the prices first. We’re at the queue of the Haunted Mansion here at DisneyC. And the pre-show is totally different than the one in Magic Kingdom and Disneyland, California. [Applause] [Music] What was your main? [Music] [Music] [Music] [Applause] We did the Tower of Terror. It was really fun. Honestly, I like that this one is different than the one in uh Orlando. It’s really fun that it’s different. Um and it’s quite scary kind of. It has a much scarier twist in a way to it. And the haunted part has kind of been taken out of it in a sense. It’s more like possessed. Like this little statue guy, this totem is possessed and he kind of takes over the tower and stuff. And so here we are. We are in Duffy Lands right now. And this is the place to come. Duffy was born in Cape Cod and he is king here at DisneyC. You can see they’re playing traditional music here. And everything is Cape Cod inspired here. They do pay homage to Mickey here, too. [Music] There it is. There you can see right there is Mickey and a beautiful kind of Cape Cod backdrop here with the water and the boat. [Music] I just noticed here right next to the shop, the Duffy shop in the Duffy area, they have this beautiful garden um inspired by things that grow in Cape Cod like celery and other items. You can see there’s eggplant, pill, bell peppers, celery, tomatoes, and more. And honestly, these are some of the nicest looking vegetables I have ever seen. You see the ones hanging there? They look so beautiful. Not exactly sure what they are, honestly. I thought they were pumpkins at first. Maybe squash. Not exactly sure what these are, but I just looked there and they say they’re melons. I didn’t know you could grow melons in Cape Cod. Sweet basil, Swiss chart, all that stuff. But actual melons. Didn’t know that. Good to know. Here’s Aquattopia, a Disney Sea classic. This attraction has been here since the start. It is the main water ride of Disney Sea where you ride a trackless hovercraft that moves independently around a water lagoon. Be careful because you will get wet. [Music] Okay, we are absolutely exhausted. It is so hot. There are so many people here. This is like my fourth time here and I don’t think I’ve ever seen it this busy. So, not only is it hot, it is so busy. It’s wall to- wall people. Even the saddest of the rides are packed. Like nothing is under 50 minutes to 60 minutes. So, we’re going in the little mermaid area now. Ariel’s Mermaid Lagoon is a great place to cool off. It’s completely airond conditioned and it honestly feels like you’re underwater here. The coloring is just so beautiful. They kind of have some simple rides here and um an aerial show on the left. We don’t really do the rides anymore. The lines are quite long and the attractions tend to be quite short, but we do love Ariel’s playground. It’s an area where a lot of parents go to take a break. Welcome to rest time. And I’m not the only parent. Let’s just turn around. I’m not going to focus on anyone’s faces, but you’ll get a general overview. [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] We are back in the main area of Disney Sea. Uh we spent a lot of time in the Mermaid Lagoon. It was super super hot today, so we spent a lot of time in there to cool off and give the kids some time to play. The attractions today were packed. The lines were super long. I don’t know why. I’ve been here before and they’re always long, but today they were particularly long. It seemed almost like a holiday. And the park still seems really packed and getting more and more packed. Uh even later in the day, all the school kids came. So, there was no times a day that it gets less busy. We went on three to four rides. I think that’s pretty good considering the lines today that are crazy mad. Uh we had a blast though. This is one of my favorite Disney parks. You definitely should come here if you are in Tokyo because you will not find Disney seat anywhere else in the world. It’s only here in Tokyo. So, that’s going to do it for this video. Yes, DisneySea is the best Disney park of them all. Having been to them all even Shanghai, DisneySea is the most unique. If you stay at any Disney hotel there you can use the "Happy Entry" and access the park entrance for Fantasy Springs from the 'back' of the park. Right into Fantasy Springs. We used that access ourselves and walked onto the rides.
Thanks for posting the video.
