I admit that because I like to urinate immediately before going to bed, I would probably avoid a trip to a proper toilet and urinate in the roomโs sink, following that with running enough water to mostly flush the sink trap.
Maybe thatโs just a gaijin thing.

โค Thank you Solo Travel for the ferry ride. I liked the single room. You're right, it's a good deal and it looks comfortable. The sea seems a lot more calm compared some other ferry trips. Does it help that it's sailing along the Seto Inland Sea? Anyway, it looks like a wonderful trip and it's nice having a buffet on board. Japan is such a beautiful place and you have great ferries.
